National and Alamo has an exciting opportunity for a Lot Attendant. The Lot Attendant provides support for administrative tasks required in the respective city and/or region office. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and Direct customers to vehicles, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable.

  • Lot organization- in a safe and efficient manner

  • Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers.

  • Quality control-ensure vehicles are clean and proper vehicles are available in “ready” line

  • Maintain and complete inventory duties for Enterprise/Alamo/National

  • Coordinate drivers and vehicles for movement and transfer as needed.

  • Monitor and provide feedback/direction to other employees regarding priority vehicles and cleanliness of vehicles.

  • Notify Manager of any performance/conduct issues related to QTA.

  • Notify Manager of any issues/concerns related to vehicle movement and vehicle cleanliness.

  • Notify Manager of potential unsafe equipment, conditions and vehicle problems

  • Assist in organization of shop vehicles and communicate updates/delays to management.

  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

  • A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.

  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the last 3 years

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • Must be able to work a part time schedule (20-25 hours per week) during the following branch hours:

  • Monday Thru Friday 11am - 5:30pm
