Enterprise Holdings Full Time Admin Representative Enterprise/National/Alamo/Service Center (Fort Lauderdale International Airport) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Overview

National and Alamo has an exciting opportunity for a Service Center Support Representative at the Ft. Lauderdale Service Center.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform consistently with a heightened sense of urgency. The position will require outdoor exposure on a daily basis and some light physical duties. The Service Center Support Rep. will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

Schedule: Mondays- Fridays: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some Saturdays and Holidays required.

Responsibilities

  • Type reports and correspondence, copy and collate materials and receive, distribute and prepare mail.

  • Establish and maintain centralized files; this may include such things as employee files, vehicle movement records, inventory and ordering documentation.

  • Provide support on special projects such as title registration, fleet maintenance, maintenance tracking on vehicles, turn-back recording, etc., as required.

  • Order supplies and forms to maintain adequate supplies; may include supplier, vendor and repair services contact. Maintain copy and fax machines.

  • Ensure the accuracy and process of Purchase Order completion from ordering and shipping to receiving and processing.

  • Interact with vendors and body shop employees regarding parts, warranty work, body work and timeliness of repairs.

  • Coordinate movement of units requiring external work to be done

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years

  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 5 years.

  • Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service, call center, or administrative support experience

  • A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • Must be able to perform under the physical demands of an indoor/outdoor position.

  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift/schedule:Monday- Friday 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday and Holidays as needed.
