The Rental Sales Agent provides a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at time of rental and return) using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. 
Responsibilities:

Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs
* 
Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
* 
Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
* 
Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
* 
Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
* 
Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
* 
Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
* 
Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
* 
Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.
* 
Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
* 
Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
* 
Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
Qualifications:

* 
Must be at least 18 years old
* 
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
* 
Must have a minimum of 2 years of commission or incentive based sales experience
* 
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
* 
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)

Responsibilities:

Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.

Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.

Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.
* 
Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.
* 
Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
* 
Maintain safe and clean work area.
* 
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
* 
High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Minimum of 1 year experience handling mechanical service procedures to perform fleet maintenance activities

* Remind customer to check for personal belongings. Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found.
* Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer.
Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal. Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue.
* Complete return transactions with 100% accuracy.
* Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction.
* Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report.
* Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas.
* Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.
* Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
* Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
* Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
* Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete duties assigned.
Qualifications:

* Must be at least 18 years old
* High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

* Minimum of 1 year customer service experience 
* Must have basic computer skills

* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years

Downtown Seattle has an opportunity for shuttle van drivers to assist in the peak season cruise ship &amp; hotel business. The primary responsibility of this position is to safely operate a National/Alamo shuttle van between the cruise line piers and the rental facility, transporting customers picking up and returning vehicles in a courteous and helpful manner.The Driver delivers customers and employees safely and timely to the serviced areas (i.e. Pier 91, Pier 66 &amp; Downtown Hotels) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service. These positions report directly to the management staff at National/Alamo Downtown Seattle. This is atemporary position (90 - 120 days) that starts May 5, 2012 and ends September 30, 2012 or sooner. 

* The position requiresapproximately25 - 30 hours per week commitment. Scheduled shifts would be: 7:00am to 2pm Friday thru Tuesday *OR*7:00am to 2pm Friday thru Sunday. 
* Additional hours worked in a week, if any, would be based off management request (weekly hours from any single or combination of Enterprise Holdings business divisions &amp; departments cannot exceed regular approved allotment) 
Responsibilities:

* 
Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
* 
Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner
* 
Operate the courtesy shuttle in accordance with all laws and regulations while following company policy to ensure a safe and pleasant operating environment
* 
Assist customer(s) load and unload luggage, enter and exit vehicle and miscellaneous customer needs
* 
Notify Manager of any customer or vehicle problems including daily maintenance, including but not limited to ensuring proper oil, tire and fluid levels

Provide appropriate local information, distribute maps and handouts as required
* 
Communicate with office and other drivers via 2-way radio or cellular phone

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Must be able to work the above specificed shifts.
