The Rental Sales Agent provides a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at time of rental and return) using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. \n\n?\n\n* Base pay plus commission. \n Top Rental Sales Agents can average $1000 or more per month in commission by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives!?\n\n* Excellent benefits (401k, profit sharing, paid time off, medical/vision/dental, retail discounts and more!)\n* Apart from religious observances, must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Sample schedule below:\n\n   - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:30 pm to 1:00 am\nResponsibilities:\n\n* \nUse company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs\n* \nOffer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.\n* \nPrepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.\n* \nQualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.\n* \nProvide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.\n* \nReview rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.\n* \nEnsure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.\n* \nReview all charges at the time of vehicle return.\n* \nPrepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.\n* \nAnswer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.\n* \nAssist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.\n* \nAssist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.\nQualifications:\n\n* \nMust be at least 18 years old\n* \nHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. required\n* \nMust have a minimum of 1 year of commission or incentive based sales experience\n* \nMust have a minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service responsibilities\n* \nMust have a valid drivers license and no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.\n* \nNo drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).\n* \nMust be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.\n* \nMust be able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.\nApply for this job:\n\n* Apply for this job online</font color=\"#008000\">We are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.", "date_new": "2012-05-09 20:36:57", "url": "http://jobs.nationalcar.com/xml/28581579/job", "country": "United States", "company": "National Car Rental/Alamo Rent A Car", "title": "Fulltime Rental Sales Agent - Dayton Int'l Airport", "reqid": "2012-60211", "state": "Ohio", "state_short": "OH", "location": "Vandalia, OH", "uid": 28581579}]
