Enterprise/Alamo/National has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish) Lot Coordinator the Tampa International Airport. The Lot Coordinator provides support to our rental branches by working effectively with employees on the preperation of our rental fleet. Their job is to ensure that we are maintaining an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.


  • Ensure clean and proper fleet mix on the ready line to meet and exceed customer expectation.

  • Supervise the distribution of vehicles to the ready line and other branches.

  • Responsible for fleet storage within the facility and off lot.

  • Ensure that vehicle deletes are prepared and are in the proper lot location and condition for removal.

  • Manage Quick Rent/Emerald club process; minimizes line waits and promotes fast, friendly service.

  • Deliver Emerald Aisle, Choice, Quick Silver, Quick Rent functions to brand specifications. Maintains brand identity throughout the operation. Ensure all marketing programs are delivered completely and effectively throughout the location.

  • Maintain a neat, clean and efficient work environment at all times.

  • Ensure damages are properly documented with customer when identified on return, and that all unidentified files are worked and identified according to company guidelines.

  • Ensure appropriate procedures and documentation is being followed to support all Safety and environmental needs, including compliance with all government agency and airport authority requirements.

  • Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or ptative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.

  • Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.

  • Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or delete duties assigned.


  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must have a a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.

  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • Must have flexibility in schedule and be able to work nights and weekends

  • Must fluently speak, read and write both Spanish and English
