The Rental Sales Agent provides a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at time of rental and return) using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. 

**This is a Seasonal/Temporary position lasting only 120 days**

Looking for candidates with experience in commissioned based sales, incentive based sales, account executive, account manager, commission sales, incentive sales, sales executive, account executive, sales representative, business development, B2B sales, sales coordinator, sales manager, wireless communication sales, consumer electronics sales, who are looking for commission or incentive sales opportunities with a stable industry leader.

Responsibilities:

* 
Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs
* 
Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
* 
Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
* 
Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
* 
Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
* 
Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
* 
Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
* 
Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
* 
Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.
* 
Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
* 
Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
* 
Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
Qualifications:

* 
Must be at least 18 years old
* 
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
* 
Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
* 
Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at -fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years. 
* 
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
* 
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* 
Must be able to work a flexible shift/schedule.

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)

Must have a minimum of 2 years of commission or incentive based sales experience
* 
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
* Must be able to accept a pay rate of $9.50/hour plus incentives.

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 18 years old
* High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
* Must have a minimum of 2 years of commission or incentive based sales experience
* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
* No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI). 
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* Must be comfortable working in a sales environment
* Must be comfortable with Part Time work (20-25 hours per week)
* Must be comfortable with the starting pay of $9.00 per hour.

 Top Rental Sales Agents can average $1000 or more per month in commission by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives!?

* Apart from religious observances, must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Sample schedule below:

The Rental Sales Agent provides a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at time of rental and return) using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. 



Looking for candidates with experience in commissioned based sales, incentive based sales, account executive, account manager, commission sales, incentive sales, sales executive, account executive, sales representative, business development, B2B sales, sales coordinator, sales manager, wireless communication sales, consumer electronics sales, who are looking for commission or incentive sales opportunities with a stable industry leader.

Responsibilities:

* 
Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs
* 
Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
* 
Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
* 
Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
* 
Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
* 
Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
* 
Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
* 
Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
* 
Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.
* 
Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
* 
Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
* 
Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
Qualifications:

* 
Must be at least 18 years old
* 
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
* 
Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
* 
Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at -fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
* 
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* 
Must be able to work a flexible shift/schedule.

Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.

Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.

Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.

Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.

Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
* 
Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
Qualifications:

* 
Must be at least 18 years old
* 
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
* 
Must have a minimum of 6 months of commission or incentive based sales experience
* 
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record within the past 3 years
* 
Must not have any drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 7 years (DUI/DWI)
* 
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* Must be able to report to work at the Midland Airport (9506 La Force Blvd Midland, TX 79706)
* Must accept pay rate of $9.25 per hour (plus comission based on sales)
* 
Apart from religious observation,must be able to work the following schedule: 
* 
Monday- Friday 12pm - 7pm
* 
Monday- Friday 7am-3pm

Night shifts available (flexible availability), must be able to work as late as midnight.
