An integral part of the ongoing success of our company is the Damage Recovery Unit (DRU). When damage occurs to our company property - primarily our rental vehicles - the Damage Recovery Unit works to recover costs for those damages. DRU claim centers handle all claims involving damage to, and recovery for, company vehicles. 

The Damage Recovery Unit is made up of five positions that work together in a professional office environment. Claim files are handled with specialized functions flowing from one person to the next for completion. 

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm to allow for flexible scheduling options. 
Responsibilities:

The Phone Representative handles incoming calls from renters, third parties, credit card companies, and insurance companies; documents calls; and updates information in the appropriate claim file.
* 
Answer all incoming calls
* Assist callers by directing calls to the appropriate team member
* When appropriate, answer the caller's question or take information and document in claim file
* Return all calls in a timely manner
* Provide professional customer service that reflects positively on the company
* Successfully manage conflict during difficult or emotional situations
* Effectively communicates with individuals related to a claim file
* Complete outbound calls to report claims to insurance carriers
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, allowing for flexible scheduling options. This position is full-time.
Qualifications:

* 
Must have a high school diploma or GED
* Some college courses preferred
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Previous call center experience preferred
* Must have a minimum of 12 months of administrative, clerical or office work experience that included daily use of a computer
* Customer service experience via phone or e-mail communication preferred
* Bilingual a plus
* At least basic/beginner skill level in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel) is required.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* Apart from religious observations, must be able to work between the hours Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm 40/hour work week
* Must be willing to accept starting pay of $11.12/hour.

The Damage Recovery Unit is made up of five positions that work together in a professional office environment. Claim files are handled with specialized functions flowing from one person to the next for completion. We currently have opportunities for part-time Administrative Support Representative to join our team. The Administrative Support Representative will work with multiple teams and be exposed to various functions of the DRU and will assist in the processing of claims.
Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls
* Enter new data and update electronic claim files from incoming correspondence and phone calls
* Research new address and generate letters for returned mail
* Send paperwork to the appropriate parties 
* Appropriately maintain and handle confidential records, claim files and correspondence
* Provide professional customer service that reflects positively on the company
* Successfully manage conflict during difficult or emotional situations
* Effectively communicate with individuals related to a claim file
* Process an appropriate number of claim files per day and complete the exam process within 24 hours of assignment of claim file
* Accurately determine responsible parties and their correct information for billing
* Evaluate and identify potential injuries and/or liability and notify the appropriate claims organization
* Identify defect allegations and act immediately to place vehicles on hold; Take appropriate actions based on established claims handling procedures
* Identify responsible parties and bill them for loss amounts according to established policies and procedures
* Create receivables and ensure receivable amounts match estimate amounts
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned



Qualifications:

* Must have a high school diploma or GED
* Associates degree preferred
* 12 months of administrative, clerical or office work experience required
* 12 months of work experience that required daily use of a computer required
* Prior claims experience preferred
* Apart from religious observations, must be able to work between the hours Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm up to 20 hours/week.
* Must be willing to accept starting pay of $11.12/hour
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

The Fleet Inventory Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the in-fleeting process, new and in-fleet vehicle deliveries, in-fleet movement of vehicles and the preparation of new car stock.


Responsibilities:

* Check-in upon delivery new cars from transport trucks and report to Vehicle Acquisitions Manager
* Document all damages due to transport and report information back to Acquisitions and Risk Management
* Coordinate “PDI” (pre delivery inspections) of all new cars by removing protective plastic from interior and exterior. Ensure all applicable vin labels and documentation are applied to the new car as well as ensuring a two key ring system
* Assist in lot organization to maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Help coordinate the movement of new vehicles to storage facility and home city distribution
* Utilize Unit Services and Odyssey to document movement and status of inventory
* Assist with movement of damaged new cars to local repair facility
* Assist with plating of new cars and coordinate transportation of plates to and from airport facility
Qualifications:

* 
Must be at least 18 years old.
* Must have a high school diploma or GED.
* 
Must have a valid drivers license in with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
* No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.

Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes; review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of rates and service charges, verify return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate and reviews all charges at the time of vehicle return.

Prepare Rental Agreement Folder with all required information. Offer all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information.

Answer telephone in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.

Work on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.

The AR Specialist will prioritize assigned business accounts and make daily calls to corporate accounts with balances past thirty (30) days. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.



Responsibilities:

* 
Contact accounts as needed to collect and follow up on past due balances.
* Request payment for assigned accounts via e-mail, phone or voicemail.
* Maintain clear and concise notes listing accurate information given; documented in PeopleSoft, Odyssey or other databases as required.
* Contact management and sales prior to sending memo notifying accounts of credit suspension.
* Research and resolve disputed rentals, including prepare appropriate adjustment requests and follow up with customer on disputes within thirty (30) days.
* Report issues concerning payment of accounts to Supervisor.
* Request and send reprints (paper or electronic) of invoices, statements, and vouchers to accounts as needed.
* Maintain all aging balances within percentage requirements determined by management.
* Attend weekly collection meetings; provide account status and documentation to the Supervisor to ensure collection goals are met, discuss workload and promote teamwork between AR personnel.
* Perform additional analysis and reporting as requested by management.
* Assist Supervisor or Manager with any tasks or duties as requested.
* Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:

* 
Must be at least 18 years old.
* 
College degree preferred - high school diploma or equivalent required. 
* Must have 1 year of previous Accounts Receivable experience or 1 year Business to Business Collections experience required.
* PeopleSoft Financials experience a plus
* Must have Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
