Overview:

The Fleet Inventory Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the in-fleeting process, new and in-fleet vehicle deliveries, in-fleet movement of vehicles and the preparation of new car stock.


Responsibilities:

* Check-in upon delivery new cars from transport trucks and report to Vehicle Acquisitions Manager
* Document all damages due to transport and report information back to Acquisitions and Risk Management
* Coordinate “PDI” (pre delivery inspections) of all new cars by removing protective plastic from interior and exterior. Ensure all applicable vin labels and documentation are applied to the new car as well as ensuring a two key ring system
* Assist in lot organization to maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Help coordinate the movement of new vehicles to storage facility and home city distribution
* Utilize Unit Services and Odyssey to document movement and status of inventory
* Assist with movement of damaged new cars to local repair facility
* Assist with plating of new cars and coordinate transportation of plates to and from airport facility
Qualifications:

* 
Must be at least 18 years old.
* Must have a high school diploma or GED.
* 
Must have a valid drivers license in with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
* No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* Must be willing to accept $7.25/hr.
* Must be able to work flexible shifts Friday-Monday

The Driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations for servicing, transport and/or rental. Perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.
Responsibilities:

* 
Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location; leave vehicles positioned for best access by service agents, as directed by management.
* 
Drive serviced vehicles to ready line area and park for easy access by customers as directed by management.
* 
Deliver vehicles to other locations as directed by management, such as licensee locations, rail yard, auction sites, body shops, or other corporate locations.
* 
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
* 
Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate person.
* 
Perform other service-related duties to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
* 
Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete assigned duties.
Qualifications:

* 
Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* 
Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
* 
Must be able to work weekends
* Must be willing to accept $7.25/ hr.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
* 
Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
* 
Perform pre-delivery inspection on new cars according to company procedures as required.
* 
Perform vehicle and material inventory according to company procedures as required.
* Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
* 
Maintain safe and clean work area.
* 
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:

* 
Must be at least 18 years of age
* 
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
* 
Minimum of 2 year experience handling mechanical service procedures to perform fleet maintenance activities
* 
Requires ownership of standard hand tools to perform basic maintenance responsibilities
* 
Must be able understand, read, write, and speak English
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future (e.g. H-1B Visa status)
* Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record of no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years. 
* No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
* Must be able to work a flexible shift to include days, nights, and weekends.
* Must possess the ability to safely operate automobiles and shop equipment.
* Two or more ASE certifications preferred, but not required.
* Strong communication skills required; written, electronic and verbal
* Must be able to work weekends

The Service Agent prepares and services vehicles prior to rental including: refueling, cleaning and washing, checking fluids and pressure levels of all vehicles. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.
Responsibilities:

* 
Inspect vehicle to ensure safety equipment is in working order; lights, tires, brakes, wipers, horn, seat belts, mirrors and back-up lights.
* 
Inspect vehicles for unidentified body damage.
* 
Clean all exterior and interior windows and mirrors and vacuum interior, floor, seats, ashtray and trunk.
* 
Provide positive customer service, including greetings, assistance with luggage and personal belongings, where applicable.
* 
Place items found in vehicles in lost and found. Direct drivers to drop off locations as necessary.
* 
Drive the vehicle from drop off point to service area; drive vehicle through car wash and to ready line as necessary.
* 
Refuel the vehicle and log identification number with fuel needed and mileage.
* 
Ensure that the key tag is properly marked with the correct VIN or Unit number and license plate number.
* 
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
* 
Complete the out-of-service tag and ensure the vehicle is moved to the maintenance area. 
* 
Identify and pull the vehicles that are eligible for turnback, flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.
Qualifications:

* 
Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
* 
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* 
Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
* 
Must be able to work weekdays and Sunday
* 
Must be willing to accept $8.50/hr.
