Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* \nInspect vehicle to ensure safety equipment is in working order; lights, tires, brakes, wipers, horn, seat belts, mirrors and back-up lights.\n* \nInspect vehicles for unidentified body damage.\n* \nClean all exterior and interior windows and mirrors and vacuum interior, floor, seats, ashtray and trunk.\n* \nProvide positive customer service, including greetings, assistance with luggage and personal belongings, where applicable.\n* \nPlace items found in vehicles in lost and found. The Service Agent cleans vehicles inside and out (vehicles may be cleaned by hand or by operating washing equipment). The Service Agent also performs regular maintenance (non-mechanical services), moves vehicles, and performs other duties assigned by the manager, all completed in a safe and timely manner.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nThe Service Agent is responsible for the care and maintenance of the cars on the lot.
