The Rental Sales Agent provides a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at time of rental and return) using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. \n\n\n\nLooking for candidates with experience in commissioned based sales, incentive based sales, account executive, account manager, commission sales, incentive sales, sales executive, account executive, sales representative, business development, B2B sales, sales coordinator, sales manager, wireless communication sales, consumer electronics sales, who are looking for commission or incentive sales opportunities with a stable industry leader.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* \nUse company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs\n* \nOffer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.\n* \nPrepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.\n* \nQualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.\n* \nProvide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.\n* \nReview rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.\n* \nEnsure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.\n* \nReview all charges at the time of vehicle return.\n* \nPrepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.\n* \nAnswer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.\n* \nAssist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.\n* \nAssist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.\nQualifications:\n\n* \nMust be at least 18 years old\n* \nHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. required\n* \nMust have a minimum of 6 months of commission or incentive based sales experience\n* \nMust have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years\n* \nNo drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)\n* \nMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.\n* \nApart from religious observations, must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends. The Service Agent/Car Prep prepares and services vehicles prior to rental including: refueling, cleaning and washing, checking fluids and pressure levels of all vehicles. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.\n\nThis position is located at the Norfolk International Airport and pays $8.50/hour.\nResponsibilities:\n\n* \nInspect vehicle to ensure safety equipment is in working order; lights, tires, brakes, wipers, horn, seat belts, mirrors and back-up lights.\n* \nInspect vehicles for unidentified body damage.\n* \nClean all exterior and interior windows and mirrors and vacuum interior, floor, seats, ashtray and trunk.\n* \nProvide positive customer service, including greetings, assistance with luggage and personal belongings, where applicable.\n* \nPlace items found in vehicles in lost and found. Direct drivers to drop off locations as necessary.\n* \nDrive the vehicle from drop off point to service area; drive vehicle through car wash and to ready line as necessary.\n* \nRefuel the vehicle and log identification number with fuel needed and mileage.\n* \nEnsure that the key tag is properly marked with the correct VIN or Unit number and license plate number.\n* \nMaintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.\n* \nComplete the out-of-service tag and ensure the vehicle is moved to the maintenance area. \n* \nIdentify and pull the vehicles that are eligible for turnback, flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.\nQualifications:\n\n* \nMust be at least 18 years of age.\n* \nHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. required.\n* \nExperience handling similar responsibilities preferred.\n* \nMust have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years\n* \nNo drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI these requirements.
