This job is available for permanent part time work. The Rental Sales Agent provides a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at time of rental and return) using the company approved sales and service techniques. Facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. \n\n\n\n\nLooking for candidates with experience in commissioned based sales, incentive based sales, account executive, account manager, commission sales, incentive sales, sales executive, account executive, sales representative, business development, B2B sales, sales coordinator, sales manager, wireless communication sales, consumer electronics sales, who are looking for commission or incentive sales opportunities with a stable industry leader.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* \nUse company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs\n* \nOffer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.\n* \nPrepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.\n* \nQualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.\n* \nProvide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.\n* \nReview rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.\n* \nEnsure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.\n* \nReview all charges at the time of vehicle return.\n* \nPrepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.\n* \nAnswer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.\n* \nAssist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.\n* \nAssist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.\nQualifications:\n\n* Must be at least 18 years old\n* High School Diploma or G.E.D. required\n* Must have a minimum of 2 years of commission or incentive based sales experience\n* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years\n* No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI). \n* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.\n* Must be comfortable working in a sales environment\n* Must be comfortable with Part Time work (20-25 hours per week)\n* Must be comfortable with the starting pay of $9.00 per hour.\n* Apart from religious observations,must be able to work any of the following alternating schedules:\n* Schedule A: Mon-Sun 10am-6pm\n* Schedule B: Mon-Sun 6pm-1am\n* Schedule C: Mon-Sun 5pm-1am\n* Schedule D: Mon-Sun 4pm-1am\nApply for this job:\n\n* Apply for this job online</font color=\"#008000\">We are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.", "date_new": "2012-05-10 18:28:02", "url": "http://jobs.nationalcar.com/xml/28605080/job", "country": "United States", "company": "National Car Rental/Alamo Rent A Car", "title": "Part Time Incentive Based Rental Sales Agent - Durango Airport", "reqid": "2012-60273", "state": "Colorado", "state_short": "CO", "location": "Durango, CO", "uid": 28605080}]
