is hosting an OPEN HOUSE for CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS and CAR DETAILERS !

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing superior, friendly, efficient customer service during all aspects of the rental car process. He/She will report to a specific station each day, and will create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. These stations include, but are not limited to: the Exit Booth, Return Lanes, Greeting Station, as well as the Rental Counter. The Customer Service Agents will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The pay for this position is $10.00/hour + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits. Average yearly compensation is $32,000 annually.

The Car Detailer (Vehicle Service Agent) prepares and services vehicles prior to rental including: refueling, cleaning, checking fluids and pressure levels of all vehicles.This position will involve moderate physical activity while working outside in all types of weather including the various temperatures and outdoor elements. He/She will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The pay for this position ranges between $10-12/hour + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits. (hourly wage and annual compensation will depend on the station assigned)

Responsibilities:

The Car Detailer (Vehicle Service Agent) is responsible for the care and maintenance of the cars on the lot. Please see additional responsibilities below:

  • Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)

  • Determine need for and add windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze

  • Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle

  • Verify appropriate stickers are attached to vehicle (registration, plates, etc.)

  • May be responsible for maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patrons in various stations throughout the rental process. *Note, responsibilities will be dependent on the station in which one works* Please see additional responsibilities below:

  • Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot

  • Direct customers throughout rental process, providing local directions and maps and providing return directions where applicable

  • Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits

  • Communicate customer service issues to management

  • Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly

  • Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements

  • Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness

  • Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.

  • Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.

  • Provide additional service to customers by offering our refueling option.

  • Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image.

  • Ensure that "Booth" is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth.

  • Provide upgraded vehicles on request

  • Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have six (6) months of recent work experience

  • Must live within the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding area

  • Must have avalid driver's license

  • Must have no more than1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 years

  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Schedules are determined by a shift-bid process, based on seniority

  • Must not now or in the future require work authorization sponsorship from our company for an employment-based work permit or other work authorization document
